We think that handsets market has witnessed every kind of innovations that it can, but how many of us even had a notion of a waterproof phone that can free us from the hassles of the phone when dropped into the water! Thanks to Fujitsu for contemplating this aspect and rolling it’s new, in fact the first fingerprint-enabled waterproof cell phone in the world - the Fujitsu F-01A.
Well, the handset is already available from NTT DoCoMo, and to everyone’s amazement, this cell phone is the first of its kind that makes use of a fingerprint sensor using AuthenTec’s revolutionary new TouchStone packaging. The icing on the cake of course is that the phone also has got this praiseworthy AuthenTec’s TrueNav technology that offers touchpad-like navigational control via AuthenTec’s AES1711 fingerprint sensor.
